Hi! I’m Christina. I specialize in Portrait and Lifestyle Photography. My style is best described as light, natural and organic.
I am all about loving this life and enjoying every sun drenched day (and the rare cloudy ones too). I LOVE…my family, hugs from my kids, laughter, exploring, getting outside, kayaking, running, being a Soccer Mom (16 season veteran right here!), flip flops (all year!), driving with the top down, my Jeep, the smell of the ocean, our Blue Angels, vintage furniture, Sweet Home Chicago, anything that sparkles and all creatures great and small…especially my two faithful companions, my beloved rescue dogs, Caesar and Charlie.
Oh, and…I’m a sucker for always learning something new…scuba diving, sailing, driving manual…you name it, I’ll master it. 😉
My favorite thing of all? I am a wife and mother to 2 adorable ‘beach boys’ and we live, work and play on the beautiful Emerald Coast of Florida.
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and moved to Perdido Key over 9 years ago. I love everything this Emerald Coast has to offer…my roots are up north, but I am a sunshine girl at heart.
In addition to creating memories for families for the last 5 years, I’m also a featured Contributing Photographer for Visit Perdido Key.
Then there was that one time I discovered a shipwreck in Perdido Key…true story. 😉
Can’t wait to hear from you!!
Donna Rothe - Hi Christina,
I decided to write you when I read that you are from Geneva, IL. We used to live in East Dundee, IL so we were practically neighbors.
My husband and I left the corporate world and the world of running a B&B near Madison, WI and decided to travel when we retired. We are now full-timers in our motorhome (sold it all…home & business). We stay at a RV Park in Gulf Shores from Oct-May and the rest of the time travel the U.S. where our children, grandchildren live.
I write a Sunday morning e-mail newsletter to over 100 Snowbirds here in Gulf Shores. As a ‘up North’ gal like you I miss the Fall trips to orchards, so when writing for this coming Sunday’s newsletter I put in Google, ‘local orchards’ Hillcrest Farm came up, clicked on FB and hence; saw your blurb.
Your pictures are beautiful and I wish you all the luck for continued success. I too have a business but a tad different than yours. It’s called knitting and works well especially when we are on the road. I have a website http://www.ladydewdrop.com and now am knitting orders for ‘Pumpkin Hats’. So in a way, this ‘up North’ gal still has a feel of Autumn. Kinda like coming home. 🙂
Sincerely,
Donna Rothe
Brooke Carter - Looks amazing!
