Mikey never seems to mind. They talk to each other without saying a word. They have been inseparable since the day we brought home Mikey home from the hospital after he was born. Caesar is 10, almost 11 this year. His nose is covered in age spots, his face is slowly turning white and sometimes he walks a little slower than he used to.
I treasure these moments. Freezing the moment gives me the gift of looking back and being there…with these two. Just they way they are at this very moment.
